about

Bilton Ajax Junior Football Club is a club committed to football for boys and girls from the ages of 5 to 18 years old. We are also hoping to get a woman’s team established in the near future. For further information about being part of an exciting future for girls and women’s football contact our head of girls and women’s football - Angie Clarke.

For 2009-2010, we will field 9 competitive squads which includes junior teams for boys at Under 9 (year 4) & Under 10 ages, boys teams from Under 11 to Under 15 and a Youth team for 16 - 18 year olds.

Children who are not yet members of squads in our chosen league, the Mid-Warwickshire Junior & Boys Football Leagues and the John Bryan League are encouraged to attend our Soccer Development Academy. Here they are coached by FA qualified staff until they progress into a squad.

Our main aim throughout the club is to coach and encourage the development of skill and teamwork. This enables children to gain a greater satisfaction and enjoyment of the game.

We also promote the principles of sportsmanship, respect and good manners on and off the pitch.

We have an ethos at the club of not releasing or refusing any child on the grounds of capability. Wherever we can fit a child in, they will be encouraged to stay and learn, and enjoy their football with us.
